Privacy policy
1. Data controller
[LEGAL ENTITY, TAX ID AND ADDRESS TO BE CONFIRMED]. Privacy contact: livinggotic@gmail.com. The controller must be fully identified before the enquiry form is made publicly available.
2. Data collected
Name, email address, optional phone number, intended move-in date, length of stay, reason for the temporary stay, message and any information voluntarily provided to process the enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
To answer enquiries, check availability and take steps requested before entering into a possible rental agreement. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps requested by the individual (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and, where appropriate, legitimate interests in responding to other communications (Art. 6(1)(f)), subject to a balancing assessment. We do not send marketing, newsletters or promotions.
4. Recipients
Where necessary to process an enquiry or arrange a tenancy, relevant data may be shared with the owner of the apartment concerned, who may act as an independent controller depending on their role. Technology providers may process data on the controller’s behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards. Personal data is not sold.
5. Service providers and international transfers
The enquiry form uses FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to send submissions to livinggotic@gmail.com. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and email is handled through Google/Gmail. Processing locations, international transfers and applicable safeguards must be verified against the providers’ current terms and agreements before this policy is finalized.
6. Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them and manage any pre-contractual process. If a contract is signed, applicable legal retention periods apply. A specific internal deletion period for unsuccessful enquiries must be defined before launch.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where applicable, by emailing livinggotic@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Required information
Fields marked as required are necessary to respond to your enquiry. Phone number is optional. Without required information, we cannot process your enquiry.
9. Automated decisions
No solely automated decisions producing legal effects or marketing profiling are carried out using enquiry form data.
10. Cookies and external services
No advertising or analytics tools have been added to this version. Actual behavior of the hosting service, form provider and third-party services must be checked before determining whether a cookie policy or consent panel is required.
11. Updates
